Version & scope

Global launch / Season 1, character level 45. Data reviewed October 7, 2026 at 09:45 UTC. The primary database snapshot is gaming.tools Global 2.0.5.0, updated October 5. The independent cross-check uses MetaBot Global client 0.0.4387.0. These identifiers come from different systems; we do not assert that they are equivalent.

This is client-extracted data and community guidance. No official English rules guide or independent live-client validation was available for this release. A valid point budget is not a guarantee of in-game legality or combat performance.

Every skill card links to its data record. Mastery investment is capped at base rank 10; learned Stigma at rank 20. Entered bonus ranks are tracked separately and are not verified ownership. The planner never automatically grants gear, board or Arcana bonuses. We do not treat encoded database maxima as live reachable ranks.

Short skill-purpose summaries have their own source links. The Grace of Resistance and Vitality Evaporation roles were checked against MetaBot's Global client records. This role check does not fill missing learning gates. Robe of Cold and Revitalization Contract purpose notes still identify their older client source. We summarize roles without importing effect numbers, damage estimates or encoded future ranks.

How the starters were assembled

Group PvE: fresh level 45

A community starter based on the October 5 Sorcerer guide. Nine mastery skills at rank 10 and Defiance at rank 8 cost 202 SP. Element Enhancement at 10 plus Cold Storm, Fire Wall and Delayed Explosion at 5 cost 30 Stigma points. Our first Firestorm Specialty favors mana economy instead of the source's casting speed choice for fresh gear.

Solo leveling: level-45 target

An editorial synthesis using the group starter, moving Fire Mark's invested ranks to Ice Chain and substituting Steel Barrier for Delayed Explosion. The result also costs 202 SP and 30 Stigma points. The October 6 solo guide informs leveling priorities and safety tradeoffs; it contains older Taiwan references, so we do not use it to establish Global rank costs. shr1kn's authored Global build corroborates survival utility and manually charging Hellfire.

Both starters require the consumed quest shard for their 30-point Stigma plan. Loading one never checks that box for you. They assume no extra points or bonus ranks and select no rank-12 or rank-16 Specialty by default. Neither is a tested optimum.

Encounter-dependent group swaps

The supplied community guidance suggests Divine Burst instead of Cold Storm when the party needs stagger, Steel Barrier instead of Delayed Explosion for survival, or Glacial Smite instead of Cold Storm for moving targets. A learned rank-5 replacement has the same 5-point cost. Unlearn the old skill if you want to refund its points; merely unequipping it does not refund currency.
